October 8,2020, Shandong Xinqiao Industrial Staff in the Manzhuang head office conference room to carry out the annual business conference. The meeting is divided into three parts: 

1. The salesman makes his own speech and talks about his opinions on the four issues. 1 sum up the past year of their own work gains and losses, looking forward to the next year of work; 2 to mark a sales performance outstanding colleagues, in view of his point about his next work; What do you think should be done to improve the company's current sales policy, sales method and performance system. In the meeting, each salesman on the above issues have made a speech, summed up their own gains and losses in one year, and the planning of the next year's work plan. The salesmen express their opinions on the company's sales policy and sales method in the hope of better development of the company. They all express their gratitude to the company on the performance system. Since the reform of the performance system, the salary of the sales staff of the company has increased by nearly 30% . 

2. The second part is the speech of General Manager Xu Hong. The general manager gives a reply to the suggestion of sales policy and method, and puts forward a solution to the problems in the whole year. In view of the development end-user, each salesman has given the different view.

 3. The third part is the chairman's talk. Chairman Xu put forward six methods of doing business on the problems of salesman and company. "Choice, goal, virtue, effort, wisdom, knowledge, intelligence" and proposed how to stimulate the potential of the salesman; what measures the company can take to enable the company to take a step forward. 

The meeting was held from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. . Except for a two-hour break, all the participants actively expressed their opinions. The meeting boosted the momentum of the salesmen, pointed out the direction of the business for the majority of colleagues to clarify the work objectives, for the future work to pave the way.
